Night anxiety
I hate the night. I hate waking up anxious and I hate going to sleep anxious. I hate the constant fear and worry about breathing and air, about silence and noise, about throat and tongue and about every other bodily sensation.

That sounds incredibly heavy, and I’m really sorry you’re going through this. Nights can feel like the loneliest, most overwhelming time when everything quiets down except the thoughts in your head and the feelings in your body that won’t let you rest. It makes total sense that you feel this way. You're not weak, you're not overreacting you're carrying something that would make anyone feel shaken.
That constant fear, the anxiety about just existing in your body it’s exhausting, and I wish I could take some of that weight off your chest. Please know you’re not alone in this, even though it may feel like it when the world is asleep and your mind is wide awake. You’re not broken, and there’s nothing wrong with you for feeling this way.
You’re doing your best in a body and mind that sometimes feel like they’re fighting you. That takes so much strength. I hope, even if just for a few moments, you can give yourself grace. You deserve peace, and it will come even if it’s not tonight. I’m proud of you for hanging on. You’re not alone, and you matter more than your fears want you to believe.
