Panic attack vent

Like 2ish or more months ago, I got addicted to ChatGPT, and I regret it I used to use it for writing stories for myself. To read. Or ask for support, but afterwords I noticed it didn’t help and I preferred. Reading people fanfic instead or writing myself. But still am worried I lost my brain or critical thinking for using it. As people and articles have said people who use it lost critical thinking. And it’s been causing me anxiety. As I already struggle with reading books. (Always have) and people also said those who use it. Struggle with reading. And that hit: hard. I can read graphic and fanfics fine but not big books. I don’t know why or what to do. What if I lost my brain. Can I ever get it back am I just out of luck?. Sorry for venting I’m just scared

@Forestryheart

You can of course get it back 💜🥰

It just takes time, and trusting your own instincts, ideas and creativity.

I always prefer human interaction for the story telling, the humour, the banter, this cannot be replicated 💜💕
