Physical/Health Anxiety

Hey guys, being at home too long on my own or coming home from work flares up my anxiety. I find it interesting and odd, but most of all worrying, frustrating and tiring. As a single child I never had a problem of being on my own as a kid and now as an adult, and I used to look forward having a few days off of work, now I dread those days. My anxiety started in August where I ended up two times in the ER basically on the same day (3pm and at 1am) and since that day I'm not the same, the diagnosis from my doctor was panic attack/anxiety. I'm struggling with physical/health anxiety on a daily basis, sometimes it feels like my whole upper body is inflamed (excluding arms/shoulders) and it migrates from my stomach, under my ribs, my heart, chest and head. Sometimes it's a more defined physical feeling like pressure, pain, sometimes a mix of physical and mental sensations, nervousness, on the edge of nausea and mental/physical feeling of pressure, unease. Sometimes the symptoms are clear and sometimes it's hard to describe them with one word. With that of course come all kinds of thoughts and scary self diagnosis. I'm still trying to figure out what's going on. Is my anxiety causing physical anxiety symptoms or is a certain health condition causing me to have anxiety. I'll be going to a private clinic in very near future to do a health checkup. If they don't find anything (which I honestly hope they don't) then I'll know with what I'm working and what to focus on to make this condition better. Wish me luck and it would be nice to have someone to talk to about it I guess even though I'm not used to it, it might do some good.
