Anyone familiar? It is complete torture and has literally destroyed my life!!! Lost family and friends and have gotten into trouble as well. You can't even control it. You just aren't you during it....you feel like no one cares and everyone is against u..crippling anxiety/overthinking, insomnia, depression, irritability and so many other symptoms..ahhhh!!!!
