Sitting with Uncertainty (Without Letting it Take Over)
Uncertainty can feel really heavy sometimes. It's that space where you don't have clear answers, where things feel out of control, and your mind keeps trying to “figure it all out.” Whether it's about relationships, career, health, or just life in general, it can make you feel restless, anxious, or even stuck.
I've been thinking about this lately: maybe uncertainty isn't always something we need to eliminate. Maybe it's something we learn to sit with, little by little.
Not having all the answers doesn’t mean you're doing something wrong. Sometimes, it just means you're in the middle of something that's still unfolding. And that's uncomfortable, but also very human.
One small thing that helps is focusing on what is in your control right now, even if it's just getting through the day, reaching out to someone, or taking a break when your mind feels overwhelmed.
You don't have to have everything figured out today.

Love this post
We will not be 100% certain about every choice we make in life... but that's all part of being human and learning from the decisions we have made in the past.

I’m learning that not having all the answers doesn’t mean something is wrong.
It’s just part of the process. 💓
I still feel anxious sometimes, but I’m trying to focus on what I can control and take things one day at a time.

I’m having trouble dealing with uncertainty. There’s so much of it sometimes that it becomes overwhelming. It feels like a collapse instead of a transition.
@AY3M4RT Sometimes the mind tries to solve "all" the uncertainty at once, and that's what makes it overwhelming. It can help to gently narrow things down. Not "figure everything out" but just ask: what is the one thing I need to get through right now? Even something small can make it feel less overwhelming.
