Skipping school because of anxiety

Hello I struggle with anxiety and panic attacks. I've to go to school tomorrow but I'm extremely anxious about it and had a panic attack last week because of school. So I'm planning to skip it. But I feel extremely bad about it. I feel like a disappointment. I really want to go to school but I'm so scared.

I know that you have to face your fears and don't run away, but I can't. It's too much.

I also don't even have the energy to come up with an excuse why I can't go to school. I think I'll be honest and just tell the truth but my mom will be mad and disappointed.

It's not even necessary to go to there because I already graduated school and only go to there because I don't have job. So it's ok to skip it right.?

Hon, it's totally ok to take a mental health break <3 I do that periodically with work. It's ok to take care of yourself and rest and regroup. Remind yourself that YOU are more important. If you crash and burn, that's not good. You can take breaks without guilt. <3
