Hello there 👋🏻! I am a 23 years old boy, who suffers from social anxiety and Gynophobia. My therapist in order to let me fight against these issues of mine suggested me, a couple months ago, to apply for a social job that in Italy We call "Social Service" and I chose the Italian Red Cross associaton for my personal application. Later on, I had the entrance exam, and I was selected. Today, is going to be my first day in this new environment and i am so scared because of the many new people I have to met and with I have to stay for 5 off 7 days a Week. I am not good at all to talking to people (especially girls), and I can't find a correct and confident way to introduce myself to others. The first meeting is scheduled for this afternoon at 6 P.M. and I am hugely nervous and anxious about that. Anything would help to make me feel better, even an advice. Thank you people 🫶🏻

@Pixelight Honestly when I was younger I had a hard trouble talking to guys and wouldn't be able to have good conversation because of that. I'd say that you just pretend that any girl you're talking to is actually a man or someone close to you. Obviously watch what you say with respect but after some time I did that, things got better for me.
