Social anxiety

I am in 12th standard and I have been suffering from social I don't even have any friends I just wasted my whole life and whenever I try to talk to anyone to talk to like others I feel that if I will talk aloud then people will definitely judge me and will reject me it's very chellenging for me. I can't talk to like other people I can't ask doubts to my teacher.

I’m really sorry to hear you’re feeling this way. It sounds really tough to deal with that anxiety, especially in 12th grade when so much is happening. It makes sense that you’re worried about being judged if you try to talk to people or ask questions in class. It’s a lot to handle.
But remember, you’re not alone and it’s okay to take things at your own pace.
