Overthinking has taken a huge toll on me. I have constant fears that unfortunately affect my entire being, and it’s really wearing me down overall. My self-esteem, sense of courage, and way of living have all been affected, it has stripped me of so much. It’s extremely difficult for me to regain what I’ve lost; it feels like I’ve become a helpless child, stuck in an adult body, completely reset.

@freakyrose

Hey there, thanks so much for having the courage to share what you're going through, I'm so sorry to hear that you're having such a tough time at the moment. Those fears sound really overwhelming and like it's taking a huge toll on you. Rumination is such a tough cycle to break out of, when thoughts get all-consuming like they are for you. Let me know if ever you'd like to talk about it, I'd be really happy to listen.

Hi. Take a deep breath and try to ignore the chaos. Focus on deep breathing, it won’t make everything go away, but it helps a little. Fearing death is scary, but if you think about it, maybe it’s your inner self telling you to fight, because greater things are waiting for you.💗
