I study a lot, and I understand the material when I revise, but during exams I get anxious and struggle to remember the answers or choose the right ones. This has been happening repeatedly, and it's affecting my grades. I want to understand why this happens and learn how to manage my exam anxiety.

Well for starters you need to go into the test and relax first before starting the test.  Deep breathing from your stomach for at least 3 minutes.

Trust yourself, don't rely on anxiety. anxiety is very cunning like a fox and try to get you swept up in misleading thoughts.🌱

Try to slow down your rate of studying and when you wake up take a 20 minute to 30 minute breather before you get your days started. Your obviously too smart to learn too fast. If that makes sense.
