Hey 😊 this is a good question. I know how hard it is to live with social anxiety, to talk to people, and even harder to make friends. But it is possible. I understand how social interactions can be overwhelming, but something that has helped me is realizing that I'm living this life for myself, not for others. No one knows what's going on in my head and mind because that is in my control only. It is my mind that tells me 'Oh you're so awkward' 'You won't make good impressions' etc, and most of the time these thoughts are not real at all! We convinced ourselves that we aren't good enough but in reality it's opposite. The key is to transfer these thoughts to positive ones. Tell yourself 'What if I'm not awkward? It's just in my head!' 'I'll be the best version of myself. ' It's okay to sometimes step out of your comfort zone 💖 Maybe you can try with something little, for example, go to a cafe by yourself, compliment something on strangers etc. Go to places that you enjoy going to(for example if you enjoy going to libraries/museums/video game stores,  you can share a topic that you love with someone) and who knows, maybe someone will approach you or you can take a step further and approach them. It's easy to say, I know, but I believe in you 😊 I know that you can do this! You have all of this confidence already, you just need to show it 🤗

Something I’ve found helpful is signing up for a class or activity you’re interested in. This makes it easier to break the ice with people since you already know you have that interest in common!
