Hi,
I’m really sorry you’re going through this. I’ve been dealing with something similar for around 5 years now. It had already started before my master’s degree, and I ended up going through my master’s without proper support for it, so I understand how exhausting it can feel to manage academics while struggling internally at the same time.
The first thing I would genuinely suggest is trying to get support for what you’re going through, if possible. Nothing really replaces proper support when anxiety starts affecting your studies and daily life this much.
Academically, one thing that helped me was slowly learning not to place all my hope and self-worth on marks. I used to remind myself that the only thing truly in my hands is the effort and hard work I put in. The final result is influenced by many things beyond us too, including evaluation and other factors. So instead of trying to control the result, I focused on controlling the preparation I could do.
And honestly, it’s not only about hard work but also smart work. Since I knew I had anxiety issues, I used to prepare well in advance. I kept my notes concise and organized in a way that covered important topics without overwhelming me. Instead of memorizing everything mechanically, I tried studying concepts like I was reading and understanding a story. That approach helped me retain things better and reduced some pressure during exams.
Also, if you ever feel overwhelmed during an exam or while studying, it’s okay to pause for a few minutes. Try focusing on your breathing, grounding yourself, praying if that comforts you, and then continuing slowly. You do not have to force yourself through panic.
And please don’t be too hard on yourself. You deserve credit for still trying and continuing to do your best despite everything you’re dealing with internally. I know it can feel very discouraging when the results don’t reflect the effort you genuinely put in, especially when you cared so much and tried so hard. But that does not make your effort meaningless. Sometimes we go through periods where things feel heavier, slower, and more emotionally draining than usual, and that’s okay too. Right now, being kind to yourself and taking things one step at a time matters just as much as academics.
Wishing you the best. I really hope things become a little lighter and easier for you with time.
Idk I feel like it's the end my cg got so low

Because you mentioned you don't know anyone who can help, if your university has a counselor or a mental health clinic, please consider visiting them. You don't have to carry this weight alone. There are people trained to help you navigate these exact feelings.
You could also reach out to therapist on this platform or if you aren't already talking to a specialized listener, I suggest to look for one specifically tagged with Anxiety, Student Life, or Academic Stress.

I hear how much pain you’re in, and I want you to know that what you’re feeling that sense of the end is a very common reaction to high-pressure situation, but it is not the truth. You are currently in the middle of a storm, and it’s hard to see the land from here, but the land is still there.
I know it’s hard to believe that right now when the disappointment feels so heavy, but your worth is not tied to a decimal point on a transcript.
Since you feel like you can't concentrate and the laptop is a trigger, stop trying to force the study for a moment. You cannot pour from an empty cup. Can you try to do one small thing today that has nothing to do with university? Take a walk, listen to music, or just breathe.
