i had a nightmare last night that my trauma happened again. it was so scary. anyone else have nightmares too like me? i'm so scared of him finding me.

Sometimes something triggers the trauma or memories, and in your case it was the dream. He won't find you. You can't hurt you. You are safe 💕💜 I'm sorry that you felt this way, I know the pain and the exhaustion that nightmares can bring. Sending you hugs and I hope you are ok now 💜💕

I have been there. After my abusive marriage I suffered from night terrors. They were paralyzing. I am so sorry you are going through this.
