What are some songs/ music that help you relax?
Those acoustic 80s songs 
Songs from Daughter (Youth,Medicine, etc..)
And a Youtube channel called M O S T L Y strings, they produce acoustic, indie, and a lot more calming music.
In other times I'd listen to Vaporwave, Retrowave ,and Chillwave music.
Most of my songs tend to go well with Car trips, so if you'd like check them out as well.
