Hi, I just wanted to share my experience and get some advice on how I should go about my process to dealing with panic attacks and anxiety. I didn’t really have anxiety until I had my daughter , I don’t know if it’s a mom thing. But I had anxiety and PPD so bad I didn’t want myself or daughter around anyone not even her father. And not to go into detail but now I see why. Even after that now two years later, I still have panic attacks and feel overwhelmed over being a single mother. This pandemic has not made it easy on anyone’s mental health especially mine. This entire journey has made me so anxious to the point where if I even remember an ounce of the past I get anxious and start panicking. I don’t know if it’s just my mind racing or the fact that I haven’t gotten a chance to fully grasp this new life for me and her especially with her growing through her stages from baby to toddler it has not been easy on the brain. Going through breakups and making a lot of life lessons since I am only 20 has really effected me in ways I don’t understand. I feel like everytime I try to move forward I think of the past and get so fearful. With that I started a routine I cannot stick to for some reason. I try to do it one day and the next I can’t. I really need advice please.

Hello,

I cant imagine raising a child by myself, but i raised 4 kids 2girls and 2 boys. It wasnt easy and i worried about everything. 1 child is hard enough, but trying to hard can backfire. Im alone and my kids are grown up now. My youngest is 23

Many blessings dear, youre trying and things always worked themselfs out. May be time for a therapist, i wish i had done it sooner. Im a real mess these days. Im 55
