Attacks
I’ve been doing so good before my panic attacks were so bad I would legit drive my self insane to where I would thing something was wrong and I would rush to the hospital or almost put my self into a mental hospital which they would never take me.
i am a young mom 22 years old with 2 kids after I had my daughter in august of 2021 from there my panic attacks were horrible I’ve been on a good role since about march. We were living in an apartment and that were my anxiety started I was working from home and always home so I would think something was going to happen to where I would either be up all night or go out to the parking lot and sleep in my car. Well fast forward we moved I started doing better and now all of a sudden I’m sitting on my couch and what come me with a panic attack while watching tiktoks and starting to fear of death and just wanting to cry like ugh I have no friends I’m always home since again I work from home once again I don’t really have anyone to talk to I feel like I’m just on repeat at the end of the year I don’t want it to turn like how it was
There is some reason why attacks come to you. For example, you lack a sense of security. In this case, you need to come up with a plan for how you can feel more secure. Try to understand that the world is not as dangerous as your brain is trying to come up with. This is just an example of why you have them. If it is because of another feeling of lack of something, then you should work on it. Make a clear plan and act. Social networks like *** and *** mislead us, we often lose touch with reality because of this. Try to replace this time with something more real, physical exercises and so on. Try going to bed at the same time, creating rituals at home, doing something connected with people if you feel lonely. For example, go to live dance lessons or other activity. Also understand that in a state of constant anxiety, you cannot act as well as in a state of relaxation, because your nervous system is busy with other things and it simply has less resource to react. Besides, you can't predict all possible threats at all, your brain is trying, but this is not a real task. You can also use such an exercise, get out your phone and take a picture of a real danger (for example, the collapse of your house, and so on). If you can't do it, then you made up this threat. This way you will be able to get in touch with reality more closely and check whether your brain is cheating you now or if it's really a threat. Use this exercise whenever thoughts come to mind. Understand that our brain is perfectly able to invent something that is not really there. While we are free to choose what we think about and what we do. And also use the practice of deep breaths, learn meditation. All this should ease your condition. Hugging you
I work from home myself full time since the beginning of covid and it has taken its toll on me as well. Making friends is hard and the level of isolation drives me equally insane. You could try to do an art class, photography course, cooking class, social work, anything that interests you. You'll meet plenty of people that way outside of work. It's still hard but at least you'll get one new friend out of it.
