Chest pains-wierd chest feeling.

Hello all.
I just wonder if anyone else has felt like this before.
I have a discomfort in my chest. It's different from day to day. Some days it's heavy, some days it's like it's something on my lungs, and some days it's like something pounding in there (not the heart). I get panicked. I've been to the hospital and they have done ecg, CT scan and ultrasound on my heart and blood tests. Everything is fine. But still this feeling makes me think it's something wrong.
Please someone help me.

I also have been having chest pains. Muscle spasm and cramping. Headaches. Feel like throwing up . I had 3 ekg done and they said nothing is wrong. I am in constant fear that something is wrong. It's been really hard to cope with anything
