Take a deep breath , think about the things u have in ur hand right now and concentrate to do the best with it. DON'T OVERTHINK on ur mistakes, it is normal to make mistakes .

@Protron101 thank you so much for sharing this!! It is important during an attack to breathe in then out making sure your out breath is longer than your in breath, and remember that the attack will always subside, your body cannot stay in anxiety attack mode for long it is too draining, the body is only meant to keep us in anxiety attack mode long enough for flight or fight so usually a minute or two. let it come and let it go. :)

Challenge your thoughts and tell yourself you are ok. Panic attacks involve your mind consciously or subconsciously telling you that you are not ok. Counteract that thought and your heart rate will slow down ❤️🌈

Thanks for the tips. Breathing and mindfulness practice does help. When I feel my anxiety levels rising I will use headphones with a music player to distract from the anxiety. It seems to help. smiley
