I
My panic attack was so random and it made me wake up in the middle of the night. I couldnt go back to sleep so I stayed up. Then it got worse and my left side started to hurt and it hurt real bad. My breaths started to get smaller and smaller and I started to shake/shiver. Im still shaking now but it wasnt as bad as before. It was so bad that I thought I was having a heart attack but I dont think thats possible because Im 14 and it normally doesnt happen. My breathing and pain hasnt went away yet and I dont want to cause an anxiety attack. So Im just trying to stay sitting up straight and keeping calm. If it doesnt get better then Ill probably have to go somewhere (but thats probably not gonna happen because one it probably wont last long and two my parents wouldnt believe me). Im starting to get dizzy and tired. I never felt that while panicking... later Ill give an update

Hey! First of all, I'm truly sorry to hear about your experience. The saddest thing is it seems like your parents are not empathizing with your condition. However, somehow you have to find a way to increase your parent's awareness of your issues. To be honest, I can kind of relate to your situation since I'm also someone who is suffering from OCD, severe anxiety and a mood disorder. As I know, this 7 cups platform has very useful resources regarding coping with panic attacks. And I stronlgy recommend you to reach a professional regarding your issues. I hope that your parents will be flexible when it comes to your problem.
Wish you good luck and good health.
