its almost 6 am. I couldn't sleep and when i finally made it, i woke up at 5 am with an anxiety attack. I had a horrible nightmare. I was at home with my boyfriend and he was staying the night, he was back from a trip just like in real life, suddenly in the dream i started feeling really anxious and my mom enter in the room with lots of people, all the light where off and these people started to say hi at me, scaring me and I ran to the bathroom. When i get out i was at another house, there was a man and when he saw me he get super mad and i was like sorry sorry im so sorry and he smiled at me, saying ''whatever. it's the same tale.you know im real and you aren't'' and when he said that it was like i was aware of that truth. suddenly i remember another dream -in the dream- and this one was like the continuation. I started to desperate and get the hell out of the house, the man was laughing and it was a really really big building, when i get to the 1st floor i even recognized the place and the situation, i was totally lost and i knew i already lived that. i tried to go to my boyfriend's house, with his parents, and get lost in the way and i was really far far far away from home and totally anxious and asking for help, and everybody was laughing and not taking me serious. it was horrible. then i woke up and started to touch my face and my arms and the sheets but nothing felt real, like i was caught in the dream, super dark outside, and i felt this presence, like someone being in the house with me and my mom and it's terrifying, i cant leave my bedroom. i couldn't breathe and I still feel like shaking

anyway, i just needed to get this out im sorry, im new
