I need a panic buddy

Right now I'm still living with my parents at 23, all because of my anxiety. I have no freedom whatsoever.
All I need is to be able to be on my own without having a panic attack. Then I can move out and get the hell away from my toxic family. It's absolutely destroying me..I NEED to get out but am so afraid to.
No, I have no friends. Literally none. No family I can rely on, no job, nothing. I NEED to be on my own. I need to be able to do that. I don't want to depend on anyone let alone my damn parents ever.

If someone has a golden tip, or wants to message me or whatever. Please do. I need help, desperately. On the verge of killing myself..

@Bikerboyx it depends. My panic symptoms manifest with dizziness, chest pain, black out and nausea so depending on which level Im at I treat it differently. If I get to blackout (most serious) I lay down, wherever I am, and take a lorazepam (like .5 mg so I can get up later). If Im just at dizziness I try to ground myself by touching things around me.

Im not very good at managing them yet though, so more often than not I end up barfing in a bathroom lol

@AnathemaVenus

You got this don't beat yourself up about it. If you continue to defeat your anxiety each day you'll be able to overcome it.

@AnathemaVenus- I'm filled with anxiety because my 25 year old hated living at home- she too felt like she was in a toxic environment. So, because we love her so much, we helped her buy a house and it was, in my opinion, a mistake. Not because she's on her own or because she's taking on a new challenge, but because financially, I feel as though she bit off more than she can chew and I feel responsible. But then I hear your concerns and it seems as though you would give anything for that same opportunity...and it makes me think...that's all we wanted for her, to not feel stuck. Life's funny isn't it? I'd say the reality is, life, the living of it, is nothing but perspective.

What I've done to help with my panic:

1. Talk to everyone and anyone- you'd be surprised how good it feels to know you're not alone. Everyone deals with anxiety to some level and there are a lot of folks with great suggestions.
2. I talked to my PCP- great decision!
3. I was prescribed some medicine to help me sleep at night- A NECESSITY! Sleeping helps me cope with the challenges of the day without getting sick from panic.
4. I am journaling and doing meditation through Headspace
5. I'm in the process of making a plan...I'm taking the anxiety ridden issue and attempting to gain control- AT MY COMFORT LEVEL.
I'm very very grateful to everyone on 7 Cups - forums- chatrooms- listeners. When I'm better, when I can cope- I want to give back as a listener.
I too can be your buddy @AnathemaVenus
