Hello everyone last week I had severe panic attacks due to my spouse losing a job. I’m so worried and I ended up at urgent care. Was prescribed Xanax for sleep and Zoloft for depression. Still very anxious and shaky

@peachPal3189 Having a spouse lose their job is immensely stressful and I get stressed in other ways about my family's finances. There's no easy solution as even when medication it seems you still experience anxiety and feel shaky. But if it helps to talk about it more, please feel free to reach out to anyone in the community. Regardless, as it hard as it may be sometimes, remember to be patient and gentle with yourself(something I struggle with) and it's okay to have these feelings as this is a stressful situation

Thank you so much for your kind words. I’m such an impatient person and my spouse is even more impatient, my spouse is worried but trying to be tough for the family.

It is Terrible to feel this way. I just want it to stop but I am unable to. How do you cope with it?
