Throat tightens and heats up

Not sure if this is considered a panic attack? Is it? My throat often heats up and tightens randomly especially when I overthink. Also, can anyone relate with that?

@quickwittedNest5808 I beleive i can relate i had this new syntom of my anxiety few semesters ago before i graduated college my throat would get tight or id feel like i have a lump in it not fun hope your doing well.

@kitkat34567 This is awkward to reply so late but I just saw your reply. This is the first time that someone said they can relate with me. Wow I'm not alone afterall. Hope you'll get better as well.

@quickwittedNest5808 . i have with Threapy my throat only does that if my anxiety gets too high
