Where is this coming from?
Ever since I got my new puppy (she's very nervous, she's a chihuahua) I've been feeling really nervous as well. I don't know why it's not going away, is it possible my nervousness is connected to my new puppy's nervousness? She's only four years old but she's used to snuggling up to someone and lying there. I don't know why I get so nervous when she shakes. Can someone help out?
Chihuahuas are nervous dogs by nature but as long as you cuddle them and give them a lot of love they should start calming down. Once you feel your puppy calming down you should do the same. Take a breath of need be. Your puppy, like all dogs, are in tune with your feelings. They will react the way you do. Relax as much as you can. Everything will be alright.
Thank you so much for the reply. My anxiety is just randomly starting to flare up again ever since we got her. I was just wondering if she had something to do with it and I suppose you're right, she does. I just need to wait until she calms down.
