bad panic attacks

i have a really bad fear of death....its always on my mond 24/7 p...i feel like im gonna have a heart attack at an moment all the time..this causes me to have panic attacks..its gets really bad when im having the attack i have to call an ambulance sometimes cause i feel like im about to die..im not sure how to deal with this anymore cause its really bad n its stopping me from livin a happy life

Hi, What helped me with my panic attacks was to be active. Also my doctor put me on zoloft which helps alot for them.
