This to me sounds a lot like claustrophobia. So maybe examine of you might have some issues with claustrophobia in general. But in this case, what you have is a story you have made up and assigned value judgements to. This is an instance of the Analogy Fallacy. You are personifying the brain. It's ironic (because the brain thinks) but I hope you can see that it's flawed. You are giving "person" concerns to an "organ" which is a very different kind of thing with very different concerns. You wouldn't want your brain to be anywhere else! It's not "locked" inside, it's "protected" by. Like a super futuristic suit of armor, if you like. And also, look at a picture of the nervous system. The brain is composed of neurons. Those neurons are not confined, they extend throughout the entire body. The optic nerve, the conduit of the perception of lightness and darkness, extends to the retina in the eye. In short, I'd recommend exploding this analogy fallacy and then look into the inaccuracies of your reasoning here. A much better analogy, looking at function more instead of structure, would be to say the brain is riding/operating/controlling a bicycle. I'm any case, I hope you overcome this unnecessary stress. Wishing you happiness ahead.
