Everytime I think about death I get horrified, I panick so much and can't even sleep at night sometimes due to it. I'm not sure how to get over it or make progress to get over this fear. If anyone has any advice message or comment and I'll be very thankful. I can go into more details about it and explain more.

@Lolilover69 have you seen your doctor about your fear of death? They'll be able to refer you to a professional who will be able to help you 😊

In terms of the fear itself, it's very common. I used to fear death when I was younger! I saw a therapist who made me feel a little more at ease. I still have my moments, but overall I'm okay.

Let me know how you get on!

@Lolilover69

I am a fire Survivor & had to drive into a fire tunnel to get my elderly mom, my dog & myself out of the fire alive. I looked death in the face that day. I learned that it wasnt my time yet on that day. No one knows when their time is. Thinking about it will only make you paranoid. Divert your thoughts somehow. You will be ok

@Lolilover69 hey I have had experience with anxiety related to death and also with my health in the past. For me personally, I saw a counselor which helped a bit. For the most part, I'm ok these days but sometimes if I am watching the news or a medical show then this can cause my anxiety to flare up briefly.

Do you know what causes you to start thinking about death? Have you had any experience with it, such as the death of a loved one or physical health problems? Identifying what triggers your thoughts could help you to start to deal with it by avoiding these things. Also getting the help of a professional is something I would highly recommend.

In regards to not being able to sleep you may be able to get sleeping pills if you talk to your doctor or you could also try online meditation or other things to help you sleep. Meditation never worked for me but everyone's different.
