You mean you've been missing all the time I'm assuming.

Well why do you have phobia of school if I can ask? Did something really bad happened? Maybe you don't enjoy what you're studying? What is it?

@enthusiasticCucumber5422 I also feel really bad when I try to go to school. It's come up in the last 2 weeks and whenever I go to class I get dizzy and feel like I'm going to stop breathing. But if you're not doing well a doctor should be able to give you a note to let the teachers give you extensions for assignments or not have to do exams and things.

@vanessasvt Thank you for the advice. When I was at school I constantly had a similar feeling in class, dizziness and like I litterally needed to run around all the time due to the adrenaline rush I experienced when i panicked. I know exactly how you feel. Its just unfortunate that in a place like school (or certainly at my school) there is no relief from thise feelings as you are somewhat trapped in class.

Hi, i know what you're going through. when i was going to a public school we would drive up and i would have panic attacks. these would not stop till my mom would finally just drive me back home. i switched to online school. i have gotten help for my anxiety and tomorrow i am getting a tour around a little alternative school with only 30 kids in each grade. for you its most likely social anxiety or generalized anxiety. talk to someone about getting help for it. i have the best wishes for you <3 have a great day.
