Does anyone else here suffer with moderate-severe arachnophobia? I don’t know anyone irl who has the disorder and I want to support and be supported by someone with the condition xx

Yes I do. I have a horrible fear of spiders. I’m always afraid their around me and when I was younger if I saw one at any point of the day I would not sleep almost at all. Going to bed is the worst bc I can’t see anything and I’m always scared that they are crawling on me. Especially at our cabin. I love going to the cabin and I love nature but the constant fear of spiders ruins it
