Spider phobia
Anyone else afraid of spiders? How do you handle arachnophobia especially when spiders are in your home? I'm afraid to kill spiders, so the struggle is real.

Arachnophobia can definitely be a real struggle, especially if you don’t want to kill them. I am not that afraid of spiders, but I can relate to your fear when it’s in my house. I don’t know any advice to give you, but you are definitely not alone in your fears, lots of people are afraid of spiders too.
Hairspray/perfume/water in a bottle/anything in a spray bottle.
I have HUGE acrophobia and let me say. Anything with long range, it's a life saver. My family is sick of my shenanigans so I've had to fight most battles on my own. Trust me on this.
