School and anxiety?
Hi. I have a problem. I have big trouble with just "being"/excisting in a classroom. Anxiety pumpes in my veins and I just wanna run out of the classroom and go home. I don't really know what I am scared of, I just can feel in my gut that I shouldn't be in the classroom. And my voices (I have schizophrenia) yells it at me too. That I should get you of there.
What the heck do I do?

Hello! I am sorry to hear that you are going through this. I would imagine it would be very confusing to understand what you are feeling.
Have you tried talking to someone (teacher, counsellor etc.) or taking a break when needed?
I hope this helps and take care!
@bouncyVoice4149 I can't talk to my teachers, they don't care. And I have tried taking breaks. When I do that, the anxiety disapears and when I go inside the anxiety is back again :S
@EvilRegalsReadToo If it's that hard for you, I think you'll need professional help. I'm concerned to know that some people who have been going to therapies are being doubted when it comes to sanity. In fact, they work just like any other doctors. Yet they heal what we can't see. Aren't they amazing?
@EvilRegalsReadToo School and anxiety is really hard and one thing that helped me is finding coping mechanisms that work for me so I always had a plan when I wanted to get out. I found fidgeting with something like a bracelet helped a lot because people don't really notice and that was something that I was worried about. I hope things get better for you soon.
