About being places
Ok, I have this feeling deep in my stomach. It's like.. being anxious, but it's different. It's like a gut-feeling. When I get to work I feel like I should have stayed at home and never gone there. I have felt like that for over a week now, and it hasn't gotten better. It's a feeling like... I'm not supposed to be there. Like something bad is gonna happen, bc I'm not where I'm supposed to be. Like... I should have stayed home.
And this anxious feeling just grow and grow through the day, and the only thing I wanna do is run out the door and all the way home.
But I stay, and the feeling gets worse. Listening to music while working (I am allowed to do that) helps a little and make being there berable, somehow. But as soon as I shut down my music, the feeling is back on full force. And the feeling doesn't go away while listening to music, but it let's me take my mind of off the feeling a little.
What the hell is this? It feels like a panic attack, but it's milder and I can do stuff, not just stand and cry. I can breath too. I'm scared that if I keep pushing myself to go to work it will evolve to a full blown panic attack :S

I felt like that in kindergarden, waking up at 6 every morning to just arrive at the kindergarden and have her beat me and mistreat me. Beating me for not sleeping (having my eyes shut and quiet yet she hit me for her own pleasure and self adoring her ego)...Then I got beaten because I threw up the food in kindergarden...
That sinking feeling of doom I had it all my life...when I went to Paris one early morning I knew I was going to ennd there...it was 9/11 when the towers fell in New York...
@EvilRegalsReadToo I recommend looking into Dr Harry Barry's videos and or books. It might help you better understand the feelings you are getting and how to overcome them. I've had chronic anxiety for almost 3 weeks straight I kinda think its similar to what you are experiencing except differnt symptoms. He helped me gain knowledge of what is really going on in the body and how its just uncomfortable and not dangerous.
