A mess

My wife cheated on me with her boss a little over a month ago for a couple of months. I have no idea how to cope with it because I still love her and want to be with her. I have my days and moments where I'm full of love. Then there are moments where I cant even look at her. I have constant anxiety attacks and have no control over my anger or emotions. I feel like a shell of a person and not good enough for the world. I dont know what to do. Anything at this point would help. I'm here cause there isnt anyone left to talk to without causing anyone more pain. Thanks for being considerate and reading this. Bless you.

Hey, I am sorry that you are going through all this. You are good enough and just with the small paragraph, I can tell you one good quality about you. You have the capacity to be full of love and forgive people. And you are understandably hurt, I would be too in your situation. You feel like life is a mess because of all this but you are capable of overcoming this. And it may be hard to talk to people about it, but I hope that you are able to reach out for help and take the needed steps. Take care, feel free to reach out for support on this platform and offline.

Hey!Hope you doing okay. Nobody deserves to feel like they aren t good enough. You are! and if your wife can t see that then she is so wrong. I can see that you are a very loving person, but don t forget lo love yourself! try to calm yourself, breathe in and out. remind yourself that everyting happens for a reason and it s all going to be ok, please take care of you

I completely agree with the other comments above I can genuinely tell you are a good person it’s heartbreaking to read what you’re going through. If you think you and you’re wife can make it through this I would advise you strongly consider couples therapy with an experienced person that suits both of you. If not, I would consider finding a therapist just for you, surround yourself with loved ones and friends if you can xx Things will get better x
