A new relationship
hello I’ve recently started speaking to someone new but I’m worried she will suddenly lose interest with me and stop speaking. I met her through my best mate who goes the same college as her but why do I think my she will turn to going for my best mate considering they see each other more than I see her due to my work and training. When we are both out she won’t hug or kiss unless I make a first move, I spoke to her about this and she said she’s just awkward and doesn’t make moves I took this but now her replies on messages seem to becoming dryer in my mind. I think I’m overthinking it and now I feel like can’t talk to my friend because he said I only talk to him to ask him for help with my anxiety or with her. I don’t know what to do anymore and I feel scared.

As someone who overthinks a lot, I can relate to you. I cannot give you any advice since I'm not the one living your life but I can tell you that the best way to relieve all the stress is by talking and making decisions.
From what you've shared, there are two relationships that need mending - the first with your friend and the other with the girl. I hope you patch up with your friend and work against the complaint that he has raised about your behavior.

How are my friend, I hope you are feeling good, for your mind.. It's good to l try to calm down and be more comfortable with the fact that if she liked you so she wouldn't look at your mate, it's all about feeling not about too much meetings.
