Anxiety Help Friends

I need help. I haven't been badly anxious in months, and now tonight I'm spiraling again. I feel broken. A mix between "I messed up by reaching out to a friend," and "How dare my friend treat me that way." A mix between "I'm sorry for feeling how I feel," and "I'm not sorry and it's messed up that you don't care." A mix between "I can't control other people's responses," and "Your response was still royally screwed up." I didn't even do anything and got shut down. I can't spiral into bad anxiety again... it nearly ruined my life and my relationships numerous times. People don't like me when I'm anxious, so I have to stay okay or my life snowballs into worse and worse and worse. This is so lonely and painful being not cared about.

Hi! I'm sorry for the situation you have to deal with right now. A couple of days ago same things happened to me too. One of my "friends" stabbed me on my back and spread out rumors about me on campus. which is something that was such a big shock for me. I was depressed for so long cuz I always believe what goes around comes around, and I help everyone in my life as much as I can as long as they need it. But I don't see why they would do something like this to me, so it feels like a part of my mental world just had a huge earthquake and I just can't stop crying and feeling like it's my fault. But at the same time, right now, I'm already feeling better. It's ok, if you feel like other people are not really caring that much for you, it's fine to do the same. Loneliness might be one of the most comment things in life, we are born alone and leave alone, but it doesn't mean that this world is not wonderful, being alone can be fun and enjoyable, and I'm sure that there will be someone that is willing to stay with you, it might just be that you haven't met them yet or you haven't found out who they are. I hope everything can go well
