Anxiety Over Work

I have not been having good luck with work recently. Due to my mental health, I’ve been fired from two jobs this year. My anxiety is getting to the point I’m agoraphobic when it’s time to go to work. I managed to get out of the house this morning, and I got to work, only to realize I was half an hour early. My chest hurts really badly and it’s taking a lot to keep my breathing normal. The music is loud, even with my noise cancelling earplugs, and I just want to curl up and cry. I feel so dumb. I want to just go ahead and quit before they can fire me over attendance issues. I just don’t know what other line of income I’ll be able to manage if I can’t make working with the public, well, work. I’m still a student, so I don’t have a lot of options in my area. It’s all just so overwhelming and I don’t know how to tackle the 4 alarm fire in my brain.

If you have school insurance for counselling you can use that. There is usually a place to go on most campuses where you may get a referral.

There is nothing wrong with getting anxiety meds.
Also...have you serotonin levels checked as well as other bio imbalances.
