Anxiety

Hi. I'm new here and well I'd just really like some advice. I honestly don't know if I even have anxiety but I think I do, I don't know. I can't go a day now where I have nothing to be anxious about. On some days, I feel that everything I do isn't good enough and on some days I feel like I'm not trying hard enough.

And I worry a lot about things I shouldn't be worrying, like whether I've wasted my time and I can't sleep at night without thoughts about what if entering my head.

I'd really like some advice. Something that could help me calm down.

@pioneeringCoconut1539 Hi! If you're worried often and have trouble falling asleep and so on and so forth, I'd say it's possible that you are anxious. Mind you, that doesn't mean you have an anxiety disorder, perhaps you're just going trough a stressful time.

When I'm anxious I like to listen to music or do breathing exercise. As of late, I've also started working on a self-help workbook for anxiety and I'm hoping it will make a difference. Maybe those things won't work for you though. You'll just have to try different things until you find what works.

@iamnotadrien Thank you for the advice. I think I'll try listening to music when I sleep. Hopefully it works.
