Anxiety

He recently I’ve had a lot of anxiety I don’t know if it’s because of my own childhood trauma and my likeliness to overthink. I catch myself thinking negatively a lot of the time. Infecting my relationship more than anything. I’m fine around other people but it’s only affecting my relationship and that worries me. I’m not sure why this is the case but I guess I have a lot of built up fear, of someone leaving or me loosing feelings. I’m honestly not even sure. I love him. And I want to be with him forever. But I think my anxiety attacks that and makes me think the worst.

It's okay to be pessimistic sometimes. What helped me was the questions "what made you think that". You can't read minds and people can't read yours. If you have doubts, just ask or talk about them Communication is the key in relationships. Work on yourself, on your self-esteem. If you start seeing your worth, you'll stop thinking that people could leave you, because you're a great person.
