Anxiety and future

Hi, this is my first time in this site. Today I had my first panic attack, after discovering that I won’t graduate this year. I’ve been working very hard this past year, but unfortunately I couldn’t make it. Right now I don’t really know what to do. I have no job and no degree. My family has always supported me economically and I know that they’ll continue to do so no matter what, and this is making me feel useless. And frustrated with myself for being stupid. I fear the disappointment of my family when I’ll them the truth. I fear that they’ll finally realise that I am a huge mistake.

I have been there so I can understand 🥲 dear lovely human , life isn't short it's full of chances and possibilities n failing at something doesn't make u unworthy of love and acceptance. Ur hardworking, ur strong n u have a gr8 family support. Love , there's nothing u can't do. Just direct ur energy in the right path. Look for possibilities n be positive( not covid ofc😅)

I too felt like this 2 yrs back when I gave up my dream college. I felt like there's nothing I can do now...but here I am in the new course new field new frnds n new life n I'm loving it. I never knew that I could be this good at anything other than my dream course . Hey love , u never know maybe u have something bigger n better for u out there. So be positive n try to forget what happened in the past.

I hope u feel better 🥰

@practicalSummer3225 Welcome to 7 Cups! I can also relate. I worry about my future too. My parents continue to support me even though I haven't graduated from a college or gotten a job. I know it is difficult, but you are definitely not useless! Working hard after something is an accomplishment. You learned something, and it shows that you are a strong and determined person. It may not work out this time, there will still be many chances out there. No matter what anyone says to you, you are not a mistake!

@friendlyOasis2367 We can't stop worrying, and that's okay, because it is natural for many of us to worry about the future. What matters is hope blush
