Anxiety attacks, stress and stomach issues

my 2 years old just started daycare and Im having very hard time adjusting. Im a working mom and dont see him during the day anhway.

its been only three days and hes adjusting but the crying just breaks me 💔

i kept waking up because of acidity problems in my stomach and today i woke up having a panic or anxiety attack in the middle of the night

I know it can be so tough as they grow older and they go to daycare. I hated it when I had to drop mine off. And I suppose its a perfectly normal response really.

Hearing your own child cry is also really tough, really tough. But in my experience it does get better, as you and them get used to their new routine.

I dont know if you know but when you're stressed or anxious the body diverts blodd supply away from your digestive system so it cant operate to its best so having an acidity issues might just be an indicator of this.

And as you are experiencing panic or anxiety attacks in the middle of the night I wonder if you have tried activity relaxing before bedtime, like listening to a guided relaxtion on YouTube or doing breathing exercises, so you dont start the night off anxious?
