First, know that you are not alone. Your feelings are real, and this community is a good starting place to sort them out. I hope you are able to connect with a listener (or several) who give you support and encouragement as you work to understand your situation and to find ways to cope with your anxiety. Take care.
Thank you it's so bad today I'm all congested up and my mind has me thinking I'm dying I'm petrified to go to the dr I dont know what to do

It does sound like you are struggling. Your doctor is trained to help you figure things out in these situations. Even if you do not feel like you are in crisis, you could also consider calling a crisis line for advice regarding your symptoms and how to get some real help. As you know, we are not trained medical or mental health professionals so cannot give you any advice. That wouldn't be wise on our parts since we don't actually have that education or experience.
