It randomly happened.. I suddenly felt anxious for no particular reason, maybe because I started to think that my classmates don't like me and also the fact that I have many classmates is intimidating. My body started heating up real bad thst it went to my throat. My throat was getting tighter and tighter like it was about to close up! I feel like other people won't understand and may think that I'm seeking attention when deep inside I'm crying for help! Before, I told my boyfriend about how my throat heats up real bad and he suggested to drink water. People really dont get it! But I cant blame them either. My bf doesnt seem to understand at all and it only comforts me finding people who understand and can relate. My body heats up like every other day and honestly I dont feel like going to class tomorrow. I have to figure put how to interact with people daily its so tiring i feel like college isnt for me goshhhh how can i even get a job when i graduate! anyways if u read this far, thank you for taking your time to listen

@quickwittedNest5808 first, i'm sorry that you are going through this. i'm not really sure but it seems to me like it is some sort of a panic attack. do you feel light headed or unable to bearthe? i see how it can be intimidating especially the first time when it hits you out of the blue. anticipating it can be one of the reasons it hapens over and over and the classroom (which i assume is the main place you get these episodes) becomes a scary place. People sometimes don't understand especially when they never experienced what you did. drinking water won't solve anything. people will try to check if there is any phusical cause to what you're feeling and some might even underestimate it when they figure out that physically nothing is wrong with you. can i suggest that you consider talking to a professional, maybe you have access to free counseling in college?

and as you said, talking to people who can relate helps and i hope you found this here with us.
