Anxiety/pregnancy
I'm 31 weeks pregnant and having a very difficult time. I have gestational diabetes and was severely anemic. The stress of it all has effected every aspect of my life. I'm barely able to work. My job pressured me a bit and I must remain full time, work up until the due date, and will be working part time at the same job once the baby is born, if I want to remain employed. It's not a break, and I'm worried about working 30 hours with a newborn. I can barely work now. It's not even alot of money but I need insurance. My relationship is suffering. I'm feeling so terrible and the boyfriend does not and cannot understand. We're at the end of my pregnancy and it's like he's had enough. I'm afraid he's going to break up with me before they are started. I feel anger towards him. If we were married and I was on his insurance I wouldn't have to have this hard a time working at this job.. I'm afraid my health is going to hurt the baby. I'm so stressed I'm having a hard time managing fatigue/depression/anxiety/diabetes there's almost no way this baby will arrive healthily. Lately I've envisioned myself having difficulty in childbirth and made preparations just in case. I feel terrible and stuck.
that sucks im sorry to hear that
Yes, my wife has the same thing.
I am always in worry and anxiety, really wonderful and crucial verse. Naturally, I have gone more than once to specialists, but the therapy only supports the period of the appointment. This is why I constantly find this problem topical. The next day, I read an essay on at this website and I found out here what scientific people are thinking about, what conclusions they reached and so on. So I hope I will be able to help somebody else.
Breathe. Just take deep breaths everytime you feel these worrying thoughts are drowning you. Things have a weird way of working out. Trust that your life will unfold as it should. Trust that your baby will be born healthy and will live a good life. Just breathe. None of us knows what tomorrow will bring. Just Trust the moment. Believe in yourself. You can handle whatever comes your way .
