Anxious about time passing me by

Hey so lately I have been feeling like days are the same and time feels like it's moving so fast. I've been trying new things but I don't think it's helping. I just don't feel like I relate to anyone in my life right now and this makes me feel lonely. Friends are busy with work most of the time and when we do get together I feel awkward talking to them about these feelings. I'm trying to find a goal for myself but I don't really know what that means for me which is a bad combo when you feel like you're running out of time, and feel like you should have already figured this out by now.

Hey there. I feel you to a great extent. Especially with the last line. I do understand that.. I can totally relate. We can probably try mindfullness and breathing. That may help. Take care.

Don't be hard on yourself. Was having a similar feeling and even got stressed about the fact that I'd achieved very little at my age, one time I called my friend who's situation is also same as mine only he's not stressed about it. He told he'd given himself 2years to reform and become a better version of himself and it changed my way of thinking. The new things you're trying won't necessarily help immediately, choose something you want to do and work on it diligently for a reasonable period. You'll see the fruits unfold gradually.
