I just took a test that is taken every year, the test is about mental health of students and how they feel. I got told to answer truthfully, and I did. Now, I'm anxiously waiting for my results bc i don't want it to be red (as in bad results) bc i don't really wanna talk to the school counsellor bc I have trust issues and I don't want my issues to be told to anyone except for people I really trust.

Hi @MeepMorpZeep! I totally hear you. Trusting others can be a challenge, especially when we're looking to trust them with something as important as our mental health. Would you be required to talk with the school counselor if your results come back as red? If it's something you could decline or opt-out of, that might relieve your anxiety a bit.

Hi @MeepMorpZeep

Trusting others is not easy, especially when it concerns something as important as our mental health. Do you have to talk with the school counselor if your results come back as red? If it's something you must not do, declining might relieve your anxiety a bit.

@MeepMorpZeep hi meep I understand that people all have things that they don't want to share. No pressure but i just want you to know if this secret is causeing you anxiety sharing it to others can often lessen the burden. If you don't want to share i totally understand, i do not think they will force you to tell them anything since the school have no right to do so.
