Anxious for good reason?

I have a great deal of anxiety bc I relapsed and I have not told anyone and feel the need for an advocate so I'm calling a counselor tomorrow to get an appointment. I need to get this out in the open and get the help I need and I need help doing it. I'm so anxious and afraid. This is the hardest thing I've ever done.
