Anxious for what
This is stupid, but here I go: I met up with a high school friend about five weeks ago and we dry humped with clothes on and that is it. I am not anxious because I found online that this is a possible way to get pregnant. Some sites say it is impossible, but the possibility scares me. She said that she is not pregnant, but the possibility of it scares me. I have been nonstop thinking about it recently and am just terrified of what would happen if it were true. I just don't know how to free myself of this weight. I appreciate any help

I can hear how stressful this is for you. It doesn't seem feasible that insemination could happen if you stayed fully dressed, but maybe to give yourself more peace of mind, have her take a test that you buy in the drugstore.
