Anxious monster

July 24th, 2021

Hey! Need some advice. So I have a big exam to do in august wich will determine if I’ll be able to work my dream job or not. However I had a mental breakdown yesterday and told my future employeur and university I was ready to quit everything. I feel like this was so unprofessional and am afraid of what will happen when I meet them. However, they were supportive. Any thoughts?

Yup, this is an easy one...First, whenever you speak again just say “Hey, last time we spoke there was alot going on, but things are better now” then show Appreciation and Thanks for their support...Boom! Done!...If they pry about what was going on, then you can blame it on something out of your control, like I was having Car trouble or My Plumbing was leaking or My refrigerator stopped working, Something that can happen to anyone and cause anyone to be alittle stressed and not be their best self at that Moment. They will understand it as life throwing you a curveball and it making you temporarily frustrated with everything. Don’t over push this, but just assure them everything’s good and your ready to move forward and get started.
