Anxious over nothing
I know that's what anxiety does, but here's my story...
So yesterday, I was working from home as ususal and I got a message from my boss. When I saw that it was my boss, I almost droped my phone, I started sweating and my heart started beating very fast. Turned out he just wanted me to do something and it was no big deal.
Same when my friends or family calls. I'm now scared of people, phone calls, text messages and meetings.
It's hard to live this way but to anyone struggling like me, be strong!
I can relate! Thanks for sharing the story and the kind words at the end. I'm glad you answered the phone and everything was alright. I've been trying very hard to regain control over my anxiety and it's not ready. But I have made some good progress in facing things that produce a lot of anxiety in me. Things are getting better even if slowly and not in a straight path. Hope you start to feel more relief and even happiness from such events in the future.

I can completely relate to this sort of thing. Have you ever read about mindfulness? I'd highly recommend anything by Jon Kabat Zinn.
