Can I encourage you to today, or one day, instead of yielding to the grief, fight back!!! Win, lose, or draw.

REFUSE to be a victim. Or victim minded. And do so by also coming to 7ups and instead of thinking about yourself at all, encourage someone else. Listen. Don't interrupt. Don't try to be a fixer.

Just hear their heart. The way you want yours to be heard. Receive their humanity. And care genuinely. Sometimes that doesn't require a word, or many words at all.

But it always requires real selflessness & compassion.
